I follow this topic very closely ever since I had a severe physical reaction to Roundup.  I prepared a lawn for new sod using the herbicide and for months following that day I had strange upper resperatory symptoms and strange dull headaches.  Eventually the symptoms went away but during that process I did extensive research on the topic and found that there are legions of people who have had similar and much worse experiences with the product.  Here are some resources containing more detailed information about Roundup and its effects on the human body:

Millions Against Monsano Campaign - A collection of news articles pertaining to Monsano's business dealings and destruction of the environment.

A New Study on the Effect of Inert Ingredients in Roundup - Researchers have found that one of the so-called “inert” ingredients in the popular herbicide product Roundup can kill human cells, particularly embryonic, placental and umbilical cord cells.

A Study Linking Pesticides with Parkinson's - The risk of Parkinson's disease increases in people who live near farm fields sprayed with a combination of pesticides.  A recent study conducted in California’s Central Valley found that people who lived near fields sprayed with a combination of pesticides used on crops such as potatoes, dry beans and tomatoes had an increased risk of Parkinson’s disease.
